Instructions
Add all ingredients to Instant Pot inner pot.
Secure lid in place and seal valve. Select Manual and adjust pressure cooking time to 15 minutes.
When time has lapsed, allow for natural pressure release. Remove lid away from you.
Serve as is or serve over rice or quinoa. Enjoy!
