A remake of the popular Smashburger “veggie frites.” Fresh green beans and thin carrot sticks are air fried instead of deep fried for a healthy and colorful alternative to potato fries.

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb green beans trimmed
- 1/2 lb carrots cut into green bean-sized sticks (
1/4" sticks cut2-3” long) - 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- ranch dressing for serving

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the green beans, carrots, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Load the veggie sticks into the rotisserie basket and attach the lid.
- Place the drip pan in the bottom of the cooking chamber. Using the display panel, touch AIRFRY, then adjust the temperature to 400 degrees and the time to 10 minutes, then touch START.
- When the display indicates “Add Food” use the rotisserie fetch tool to lift the basket into the cooking chamber, using the red rotisserie release lever to secure the basket. Close the door and touch ROTATE.
- When the AirFry program is complete, remove the veggies and adjust seasonings.
- Serve hot with ranch dressing on the side.
