It was easy and healthy! I added some sliced mushrooms as i had some that needed using up. My spinach was a kale, spinach combo.

Can this recipe be made ahead and frozen?
A quick release makes a big mess. It was spraying, soup. Even after 10 minutes, the release sprayed. After finally getting it depressurized, inner lid was coated with soup. Might try again with a 10 minute release
I am assuming this recipe ie measurements are for the 6-quart Instant Pot?
