So delicous!!
I’m a newbie to IP and this was a very good way to break my pot Iin.
My artichokes turned out tender, my husband absolutely loves artichokes and now he can have them when ever he wants since its so quick and not having to cook on the stove keeps from heating the kitchen.
Great recipe.
I add additional spices and steam
Ive never been able to cook an artichoke perfectly and I can
now in my instant pot!
I have a question. When you use the steam program do you seal the pot or do you allow it to vent? Thanks and I look forward to trying the recipe.
Do you need to adjust cooking time if you want to make 4 artichokes? Thanks!
You shouldn’t have to adjust the time.
Do you leave the vent closed or open?
Hi Tracibrown,
When using a Pressure Cook program, like the Steam setting, please ensure the Steam Release is set to Seal.
i did four pretty good size arts for 30min and they where way over cooked. i would say 20 min. maybe less.
