Made this without the cheese sauce, and it was excellent. One key ingredient missing though: LIQUID!
I used 6c chicken broth and it turned out great.

Do i have to puree this? And is 10 min enough time? Just not sure

We made this with 2/3 cup nutritional yeast and 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, no liquid smoke-we didn’t puree or add cheese, but it was the best vegetarian pea soup I have ever had!!!!! Sorry to mess with your recipe, but we loved the base you gave us and are very grateful since we are new to the Instantpot. So easy-so delicious!
