Ingredients
  • 1/2cup steel cut oats
  • 1/4cup pearl barley
  • 1/4cup millet
  • 2tbsp wheat bran
  • 2tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 3 1/2cups Water
  • 1/2tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2tsp kosher salt
  • fresh rapberriesfor serving
  • toasted coconutfor serving
  • honeyfor serving
Instructions
  1. In the Instant Pot®, combine the oats, barley, millet, wheat bran, flaxseed meal, water, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Lock the lid. Press [Slow Cook], leave the vent open, and cook on “More“ for 8 hours.
  3. Divide the cereal among bowls and top with raspberries, coconut, and honey.
