The recipe calls for meat to be cut in half. When meat is added to the Instant Pot, is the total amount of meat added in two pieces or is only half of the purchased meat used?
Hi Jan,
The recipe calls for 1.5 – 2 lbs of meat cut in half then all added into the Instant Pot. The Instant Pot cooks by thickness cutting in half reduces the cooking time needed.
Easy and delicious! I did not have diced tomatoes on hand, so substituted with tomato sauce instead.
