This recipe resulted in a delicious meal! Very flavorful! I replaced half the ginger with honey. Next time I may try doubling the beef ingredients and adding some vegtables to enhance the meal. Also, I would try adding more water as it did burn slightly. After dinner clean up was easy by adding water to the pot and using the saute setting to loosen up the stuck on rice. This was only my second meal using an Instant Pot. I am quickly realizing why people love this amazing device!

    This was delicious.
    I cooked the rice separately.
Also, added x2 the amount of fresh ginger as my fam are bih fans of this.
Added a big dollop of Korean sweet chilli sauce also.
Great hit with all of my dinner guests.

This was our first Instant Pot recipe and it’s fantastic! We are big fans of Korean cuisine. My 7yo picky son declared it’s his favourite meat. I would increase the water in the rice and we serve with a side of steamed broccoli and of COURSE stir in some gochujang. Really easy and fun to make!

Turned out pretty great. I added a bunch of kale to the recipe and it was still good. I might try replacing the beef with tofu to see how it is.
