Great Pho recipe! Personally, I would cut the amount of anise and cloves in half, add a few cloves of garlic and a couple more beef bone pieces for a bit richer broth. Fantastic, thanks Instant Pot!
Wonderful broth
Pretty easy to do, came out pretty tasty. Make sure to add enough salt or perhaps 1/3 cup of soy sauce to really bring out all of the flavors.

I chared the onions & ginger on saute mode, added 1 carot & 2 celery stalks to the broth, and used 4 oxtail (2with meat on the bone). It came out so flavorful & aromatic. Not a light colored broth but perfect for my brisket pho.
Fantastic. I usually use a duck carcass. Rave reviews from guests!
