The whole family enjoyed this soup. We will definately make again. Next time I will cut potatoes smaller amd add more salmon. I didn’t have smoked salmon so I used fresh salmon and lightly cooked in pan first. This soup was so yummy. Second time using instant pot and this was huge success!
