These were very tasty, but the prep time was longer than what the recipe said.
My husband approved of these as his mother made them the old fashioned way on the stove, all day. I browned them in a large skillet instead of in the pot and I added jarred mushrooms; served over wide egg noodles and with peas. It was fantastic!
