Ingredients
  • 5slices baconchopped
  • 6cups Brussels Sproutschopped
  • 1/4teaspoon salt
  • pepperto taste
  • 2tablespoons Water
  • 2tablespoons balsamic reduction
  • 1/4cup goat cheese(optional)
Instructions
  1. Press the “Sauté” button on the Instant Pot. Add the chopped bacon, sautéing until the desired crispiness is achieved.
  2. Add the chopped Brussels sprouts and stir to coat with flavorful bacon fat.
  3. Add water and sprinkle with salt and pepper then cover.
  4. Stir every few minutes and replace the lid, approximately 4-6 minutes, then continue to sauté uncovered until the Brussels crisp up.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish, topping with a drizzle of balsamic reduction, and the crumbled goat cheese (optional). Enjoy!
  6. Note: There can be a little bacon stuck to the bottom of the liner, put a cup of soapy water in the liner and hit “Sauté”: it will come right off.
