This is a multicooker instant pot recipe. So not a pressure cooker.
Very strange. The steam setting did cook with pressure which I didn’t expect.
It would be easier and less messy to just cook the oats as usual then pair with other ingredients.
Tasty, but how could eggs, salsa, cheese and oats not be tasty?
