Cooking times may vary depending on the type of pasta used. For example, if cooking time on packaging says boil for 10 mins for aldente texture. Then do manual high 5 minutes(i.e half the time). Add an extra minute for well cooked pasta.
If you don’t have coriander powder then skip it and add extra curry powder.

I didn’t care for the flavor And normally I like Indian food and curry.
I really wasnt sure about this recipe but I am so glad i tired it! The dish turned out great and a nice blend of tastes, that did not over power. I will say next time I would like to try it with yellow rice. But thank you so much for sharing this recipe!!
