Made these today but am wondering when does the 1-1/4 cup of cold water get added? They are coming to pressure now. 🙂 Thanks
Recipe shopping list says 1 1/4 cup water, but in the directions its never used, the directions do however call for coconut milk, which isn’t on the ingredient list, im assuimg i use the water when it calls for coconut milk??
What’s the 1 1/4 cup of water for, and there is no mention of coconut milk in the ingredients list…
Made it with Bison short ribs… yummy!
I added the 1 1/4 cup of water with 1 tbsp of “Beef” Better Than Bouillon just before I closed the lid and turned it on to pressure cook for 30 minutes. I am doing a natural pressure release at present.
I have a question. Step 5 mentions coconut milk, but it isn’t in the list of ingredients. I’m assuming that is a mistake. Can someone Please clarify?
Dont try this if you arent familiar with the instapot. This recipe has some good tips but do more research.
This is a great recipe – no guesswork and consistent results. We’ve made these several times, and they’re always a hit!
