Ingredients

Instructions
Turn on Instant Pot- I used 7 in 1 Duo IP. Click Saute- Normal Temperature.
Let display show HOT. Add oil. To the oil, add ginger, garlic and red chili flakes, saute for a few seconds.
Add onion, saute for 1 minute. Add chicken along with soy sauce, tomato ketchup and hoisin sauce, combine well. Cancel Saute.
Turn knob to SEALING. Close the pot with the lid. Click Manual or Pressure Cook, Adjust to High pressure. Set Time to 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes of pressure cooking, do a quick pressure release. Click Saute- Normal Temperature.
Add red pepper and broccoli florets, cook for a minute. Add honey, combine well.
Add sesame seeds, hoisin sauce and sesame oil, combine well, cook for a minute. Add cilantro, combine well.
In a small bowl, combine corn starch with water, add that to chicken, combine well and let the gravy thicken.
Remove the stainless steel pot from the main pot. Serve in a bowl, this can be served with basmati, brown or jasmine rice.
