Helpful Tip: The crushed red pepper flakes in this recipe are entirely optional, but add a nice heat, much like a traditional “Arribbiata” Sauce.

Really tasty and easy. In fact, this is the best marinara I’ve ever made. I left out the carrot though and i don’t cook with oil. The sauce was simple but had a nice old world richness to it. I love this sauce! It is sure to be frequently used in my kitchen.
I still wish you would add the written recipe to the video description to make them more user friendly; instead of making us do another step of having to come to your website and scroll some more to print the recipe. I always save recipes with a link to the video so I can review it before making the recipe.
This one I will bookmark and make.
Could this be made in the duo mini and then use an immersion blender?
Very easy, good flavor.
Does this recipe require one can of water or is the can of tomatoes enough?
Hi Christina,
This recipe doesn’t call for adding water.
This recipe is for our blender and not our pressure cookers.
Can you make this without the blender attachment?
