The step to add the chicken to pressure cook for 9 minutes is vague. I assumed I would be adding the chicken and not pressure cooking the sauce. Other than that, excellent!
I have had chicken adobo several times. This was a little different but still delicious. My wife and kids loved it too. It was so easy to cook too! We will make it again.
I tried it with the skin on and it was awful. I gave the recipe another shot with the skin off and it was amazing!!!
Tastes great. Will make it again. Pot too small to render the skin properly so did in frying pan (2 pounds is a lot of drums)
I was browsing on this app since I bought the for this receipe to use for my drumsticks and read through the instructions. I haven’t tried this version of cooking but it gave me an idea to try to imitate how my mom does it and I see her just boil the pork and chicken and then adds all ingredients in and lets it cook on its own until ready at a certain time as she times it. At least 25mins.
