1 corn kernels? Im assuming 1 cup?
The whole family liked it served as the recipe describes. Also tried wrapping in a burrito with cheese and grilling.
Is anyone able to confirm if it’s 1 cup of frozen corn kernels?
Easy and very good.
Wonderful!
This turned out quite good. I used a can of corn rather than frozen.
Quick, easy, and kids loved it. Also made actual burritos with it.
It was really good. The whole family enjoyed it! Even my picky eater daughter.
We will eat it all, but I wont make it again. I would give it 2.5 stars if I had a half star option.
Absolutely delicious! My husband and children loved it. We added ground beef and it was delicious. So can be vegetarian or with meat.
Loved it! Left out the chili powder since chipotle chile powder is enough spice for us.
Loving it.
How much corn kernels? Ingredients list doesn’t give an amount.
Like several others here, I’m wondering how much is “one corn kernels”?

Tasty! Enthusiastically family approved.
Easy to follow recipe (even though this is the first thing I tried in my new Instant Pot).
+ Add diced bell and jalapeno peppers with the onions.
