Instructions
  1. Put a metal trivet in the bottom of the Instant Pot pot and add 1 cup water.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  3. Add bacon, sausage, ham, green onions, and cheese to a 1 quart soufflé dish and mix well. Pour egg mixture over to top of the meat and stir to combine.
  4. Loosely cover the souffle dish with aluminum foil. Use an aluminum foil sling to place the dish on the trivet in the pressure cooking pot.
  5. Lock lid in place. Select High Pressure and 30 minutes cook time. When timer beeps, turn off, wait 10 minutes, then use a quick pressure release.
  6. Carefully open the lid, lift out the dish and remove the foil. If desired, sprinkle the top of the quiche with additional cheese and broil until melted and lightly browned. Enjoy!

As much as I love quiche I’ve never made it before! This was so east! I added anclove of garlic and some chives. Delicious!

Used deli ham, little smokies, bacon, green onions. Cubed the cheese using only half cup. Comes out ‘wet’ so beaware if you’d wanted to add spinach or mushrooms. Leftovers reheated nicely in the toaster oven.

I don’t know what “High pressure” means. But I see that nobody responds to anybody’s questions here, so never mind.

Mine came out runny, and is now in the conventional oven. I just reread the recipe to be sure I followed all directions, and it appears that I did. Not sure what happened, but I definitely do not recommend.

What is wrong with this app!? It skips about and at time doesn’t show the instructions. How can I manage without instructions! Really!

Tried this and had to put in conventional oven. Pot said burn and shut off. Something is missing in the directions.
