Easy and very good! Everyone loved it! I added a few extra chops and cooked for 6 minutes. Checked with a meat thermometer and the temp as perfect. Tender chops and sauce had great flavor.

Tasty lovely. I seared my chops in the Pot first then deglazed it with chicken stock. Threw in some fresh rosemary and thyme plus lots of garlic. Cooked for 8 min and immediate pressure release. Thickened the gravy up with a cornstarch slurry and left over Boursin cheese.

Cooked four lg chops. Added a small onion diced as well as a tablespoon of dried thyme to the broth mixture before cooking. Pressure cook on high for three minutes before resting time. Put liquid through a strainer before making the final sauce.

Just tried this recipe. Fabulous loved the flavor and ease of the recipe. I have never been a fan of pork chops but after this recipe has changed my mind.

The ingredients and instructions for this seemed a little basic and against my better judgement I made it anyways. The corn starch gave the sauce a very thick bizare jelly texture. The chops and sauce had really no flavor. I knew it wasnt going to be that good because it didnt even smell good when I lifted the lid. I will noy bw maming again. How this had 4 stars is mindblowing.

    Hi Ferrignosoni,

Everyone has different preferences when it comes to food. Cornstarch is a common thickener used when sauces need to be thickened, if you prefer a thinner sauce use less or omit the cornstarch. As for seasoning, some people prefer heavier spice when cooking, if you feel it could use more you can always add more.

Not a huge fan of this recipe. I used butterfly chops and doubled the amount of meat. I cooked it for five minutes but it wasn’t done so i did three minutes more. That was too much. The sauce wasn’t very flavorful. Probably won’t make this again.

Cooked for 5 minutes and used additional seasonings. The recipe didn’t call for much so o was worried it would be bland. Glad I used additional seasonings.

Family liked it. I used some good strong garlic and very fresh pepper; if your seasonings are older or you like spicy food, definitely add more. But the cooking time wasn’t nearly long enough. After 3 tries they still weren’t hot enough according to the directions, so I finished them in a frying pan. I would rather get it done all at once.

This was our first recipe to make in our Instant Pot and itvwas an instant hit! But I made a few minor changes….First, I used six pork chops and sauteed them in 2 Tbsp of oil in the pot on medium. Remove and deglaze with 1 cup of chicken broth. Increased salt and pepper to 3/4 tspn each. After adding remaining ingredients as listed, placed pork chops back into pot then sprinkled 1 Tbsp of Ranch dressing mix onto the pork chops. Seal and place on high pressure for 4 minutes. Perfect!!!

Was ok. Sauce was good, porkchops were bland, even with sauce on. Will try again but like other person said i will try with chicken.

Didnt have chicken broth, so I had chicken bouillon powder flavor used 2tlbs mixed with 2 c. Water, because Ill double the recipe used 7 chops has more flavor than using broth only. Cooked for 5 mintues , the one in the middle was slightly pink , cooked couple more minutes. Was delicious, had alot of the gravy, so I made mashed potatoes ,to use the rest of the gravy.

Loved it ! We modified it a little bit, but just because we had some vegetables in the fridge that we had to use. So together with the pork chops we put some broccoli, celery and spring onion . Once we added the sauce they all mixed together and the sauce was very tasty. We used flour instead of cornstarch.
The side was brown rice .

    Delicious and quick ! ❤️
