Served with rice and a green salad. Very tasty.

I liked that the weight of the chicken was not mentioned only the quantity of thighs.

First recipe i tried with my new Instant Pot. Chicken came out moist, tender, with just a touch of sweetness.

This was my first recipe made in my new Instant Pot! And I did have to use just jellied cranberry sauce without the whole cranberries (couldn’t find the other). Was the perfect first time Instant Pot user recipe and it was remarkably tasty!! Will definitely make it again!!!!

This was super easy, and had great flavor, but there was not a lot to make a sauce with to “coat” the chickrn as instructed. I added some cranberry juice to help add a little more liquid. It night even be worth it to add a second can of cranberry sauce next time.

Made this tonight and it was amazing! I got compliments from my entire family on how good it was. Super easy to make too!! I was worried about there not being enough liquid, but it was fine. I had 10 thighs so I also added half a can of jellied cranberries.
