Not a fan.of coconut milk …im assuming the clams over power ?
So good.. but needed something. So i added crispy bacon and parm cheese. Omg, nailed it!
We enjoyed this recipe a lot. We like a slightly thicker soup, so we used an arrowroot flour surry at the end. Super yummy.
We have also added other vegetables, such as carrots and broccoli.
I make this regularly now. So yummy. Sometimes I add carrots too.
