This was the first recipe I made with my Instant Pot. My family loved the potoates! So easy and tasted delicious!

I used russet potatoes instead of red and i just eyeball the ingredients. I also add shredded cheddar cheese. I put bacon bits in it. SO good. Made it twice recently with no leftovers

Great, fun little recipe. If you have large potatoes, you will need to cut them smaller than quarters. Otherwise, they will not cook in the time specified.

Turned out great…didn’t have any ranch so used blue cheese dressing instead with shredded cheddar, thx!

Easy recipe. Can easily vary and healthier than lots of mayo base.
Added 4 hard boiled eggs to increase protein and nutrients.
