Hard time peeling the eggs. Most of the white the white was wasted. And the yolk turned green. Wasted a whike dozen eggs. 🙁
Hi Jakatax,
We are sorry to hear your whites were sticking to their shells.
Eggs typically are easier to peel when cooked by a pressure cooker. It could be due to the freshness of the eggs. Green yolks are natural when there is a long cooking time for eggs. It is completely normal and safe to consume.
Excellent!
After you crack eggs and put back in for 18 hours do ypu turn it on or just leave it off
Hi Bobcif,
You would let them steep with the heat off and the lid on.
Yummy!
Hi. I’m going to try this recipe this weekend, but if you leave eggs overnight without turning the Instapot on, wouldn’t the eggs start to go bad after 4 hours? That’s generally how long you can leave cooked food out right?
