I made it as described except did not use any oil to fry the tofu, just a little water. Excellent taste, but broccoli was soft. I like it a little cruncy. Next time, for the broccoli step, I will put everything in a saute pan and saute until broccoli is just right. Might need to add a little water.
The taste was great. The broccoli was too soft. Next time I will put broccoli in when I put corn starch in so it just cooks a little.
