Loved it! I used the Southwest Taco seasoning that I found at Whole Foods. It turned out great. I used corn tortillas instead of butter lettuce, but will try it with the lettuce next time.
Very tasty!! I had a problem where instant pot kept saying BURN so I had to open and stir a few times but chicken cooked eventually. Maybe it needed more water or something but it seemed like a lot of liquid. I’ll probably add more heat/spice next time too. Put in a jar of medium salsa. Easy and will make again!
