Loved this dish! The only thing I wish I would have done is read up on how long prep actually is! I will definitely make this again, though.

Very enjoyable recipe, should probably be rated as medium difficulty due to multiple steps in and out of the pot. I used more of some of the spices and more olives. The reduction of the sauce took much longer.
