What does it mean select 0 for pressure time.
Instructions are incomplete. Cooking time is needed.
How many minutes?! It can’t be ZERO!
Try 3 minutes under pressure, came out great…. loved it!
Zero cooking time is not technically zero cooking time – the food will cook while it is coming to pressure and during the release time.
This dish was delish! We put the chicken in for 3 minutes and it came out great. Also used half the soy sauce it called for.
Can i use children breast for this recipe?
Set the time for 0 minutes?
Hi JoanMoMc,
That is correct. Most of the cooking process happened on saute but it will also cook while natural pressure releasing.
Easy but a little too much ginger for my liking. It tends to overpower the other flavors. Qith less ginger, it’s pretty good.
I set mine for 1 minufe instead of 0 and it almost cooked it too much. So i would set it at 0 as it builds the needed pressure.
This was really easy and really good! I followed all the directions except I added 1 tsp of cornstarch mixed in water to the sauce at the end to help thicken it.
Really tasty. I replaced the water chestnuts with toasted slivered almonds for crunchiness. Otherwise i followed the directions and it turned out great. I’ll definitely make it again.
Made it with ground turkey and added more of my fav veggies. Very good! Lots of juice you have to dump…I used it for cooking some rice! This recipie could just as easily be made stovetop.
Delicious and full of flavor!! Easy to make , add 1/4 c of chopped cashews for added crunch.
My first prepared meal with my new IP. Loved it! So easy and yummy and will be making these again soon!
Very easy and delicious! Will definitely make this again.
Loved this recipe. Tasted delicious and was very easy!
Tasted great – but my chicken disnt have much liquid, and i got my first ever “burn” notice. Next time I will put all the sauce in at once.
I made it with ground turkey, omitted the sauce, but added the onion, garlic and ginger as indicated in saute. Added salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper while browning. After pressure cooking as indicated I added red salsa, put it in a whole wheat tortilla, added avocado slices, sprinkled cheddar cheese and Voila! Husband absolutely loved it! And i made it somewhat healthier. Win Win
Family loved this. I used turkey meat and added roasted slivered almonds for a crunch. Absolutely loved the sauce. Drizzled more Hoisin on the finished wraps. 0 cooking time was perfect for the ground turkey.
