Instructions
Layer broth, cream, garlic, salt, pepper and pasta, in that order, in the pot–do not stir. Ensure all pasta is submerged.
Secure the lid, making sure the vent is closed.
Using the display panel select the
MANUAL or PRESSURE COOK
function*. Use the +/- keys and program the Instant Pot for 6 minutes.
When the time is up, let the pressure naturally release for 6 minutes, then quick-release the remaining pressure.
Stir in the pasta sauce.
Add the cheeses,
1/3 cup
at a time, stirring after each additional until fully melted and incorporated.
Serve hot garnished with finely chopped spinach (optional).
