How do I make this with the Lux model that does not have a yogurt button?
so is it 14 mins or hrs cause mines still liquid?
Thanks for the feedback.
The recipe takes 14 hours to incubate.
The recipe calls for 14 hours of incubation.
The lux doesnt have a yogurt button which maintains a certain heat over a specified time. The lux wont be able to retain the require heat for 14 hours.
Can I use almond milk instead of soy milk? Thank you
I was just getting ready to comment when i saw Marina’s. Yes, honey is NOT considered a vegan item. I know some who eat plant-based diets are willing to eat honey, however, since their reasons for adopting this diet tend to be for health and ecology and sometimes animal rights (authors usually give a tested alternative such as date syrup or agave nectar for vegans). Perhaps you should consider changing the category “vegan” to “plant-based”? Just a thought.
Am I missing the part where you use the vanilla extract?
