Delicious! Made it exactly and it was so good!
We made this exactly as directed. The husbanded absolutly loved it.
Very good. I will double next time. It was not enough for my family of 4.
Delicious! I used stir fry meat, and did everything else the same.
Pas ce que j’ai mangé de meilleur mais très bon.
Came out great! Definitely will be using this recipe often. One pro tip I reccomend is slicing the meat into rather thin 1 square inch pieces or like the size you’d expect from say Panda Express. I cut mine a little too big and chewing became a chore. For rice, i cheated and used those 90 second microwave rice packs you can get for like 2 bucks. 10/10 would recommend.
Turned out great! Used a t-bone steak and sliced it very thin. Meat was tender abs flavorful. Also used powdered ginger and garlic. Will definitley make again.
Easy and delicious! My hubby loved it.
Delicious. And easy to make
We had a tough time getting the broccoli cooked all the way through. I would suggest steaming for a couple of minutes before adding them. The taste was good but a tad mild. Next time we’ll add more of everything spice wise.
Easy easy. I would like to dial up some heat but to each his own. Will make again.
Easy and
delicious!
Love it & will make it again for sure!

Need to change the meat and reduce sodium…. but delicious.
This was pretty good as written. If you have teenagers, this is not enough to feed a family of 4. Would make again, but I will have to double it.
Beef was a little tough
AMAZING AND EASY!
I made this for the family, and it was a hit! My husband likes this recipe more than his favorite take out.
I think i messed up the sauce. It came out slimey
Came out amazing. Altered the recipe a little. Seasoned beef well with garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder. Sauce out of bbq, soy and sirfry sauce, & little bit of water. Added broccoli after cooking and put lid back in for about 5 min.
Will make this way again
Very good!! Meat was so tender and tje flavor was perfect!!
I usually make this on the stove top and its on point. This recipe i feel cooks the meat far to long and makes it kinda more like a pot roast and the veggies were not crisp anymore, waaaaaay to soft. Next time i will probably take the meat down too 7min and do only an addition 2-3min tops once i add the veggies. I also think it needed more soy.
My husband bought me the Instant Pot for my birthday, and this was the first meal I cooked in it. It turned out great! My husband loved it, my 4 year old loved it, and I loved it. I’m somewhat low carb aware so this was great for me, and served with rice, it was perfect for my guys! I actually doubled the sauce recipe to add more juices, and it turned out perfectly. After using the saute option for 3 minutes, the broccoli was cooked perfectly in with the rest of the meal as well.
I doubled the recipe and it came together very well. The beef was perfectly tender and the broccoli had a crispness. The flavor was a bit bland though. I would make it again after figuring what additional spice is needed to add flavor.
Beef was tender and it is easy to make. It is bland though and needs additional spice.
Really tasty wow
I must have used more ginger and garlic… because mine didnt turn out bland. I recall I put about a tablespoon of jarred chopped garkic, and a teaspoon of chopped jarred ginger. It was really reallg great 🙂
This turned out amazing.. super easy to make and taste better then take out!
I added 1/2 of a large sweet onion and 1/4 of a red pepper cut in match match sticks as well as carrots cut in match sticks. I replaced the broccoli with snow peas. Just delicious!
Really good
Definitely NOT better than take out. Seriously unsure how this got 17 5 star reviews. So bland and shouldve known better as there isnt any spices in the recipe. The beef was extremely tough. And it took longer than 3-5 minutes to cook fhe broccoli. Wont be making again.
It was just as good if not better than takeout! Even my picky 7 year old loved it. Next time ill do rice or noodles to go with it. I sliced my own roast and i think thats what helped mine stay juicey. Others said the beef was too tough, maybe they should thin slice their own roast?
Hands down the easiest recipe and its so Delicious
That was so easy and yummy! Flavor was just right for the kids but i agree that it needed something else to punch up the flavor for the adults. Maybe green onion and some red pepper flakes? . Oh, and I ran out of sesame oil so left that out.
Not sure how this got so many reviews. I made the cornstarch slurry with 1/2 cup beef broth (instead of a 1/4c) and 3 tbsp (tablespoons) of cornstarch and it turned into this weird paste as soon as it was added to the heat. The meal overall was a bit bland and i think I’ll find another recipe for next go round
Modifications….marinate the meat in the sauce if time permits. Add red pepper flake to sauce. Add waterchessnuts.
This was so tasty! Easy to make, it’s definitely a family favorite. Can’t wait to make it again!
I made this recipe but changed it a little. I added red onion, hoisin instead of ginger and tamari no soy sauce. I also browned the meat.
My 16 and 14 year old loved this. Followed this recipe to a T and then added 1 tsp of salt at the end. Made the rice in the Instant Pot as I prepared these ingredients. This will definitely be a go to recipe
Nothing special-very bland.
This was my first use of my instant pot. I doubled it for 4 of us so we have some left overs. I pounded out the chuck roasts first and salt brined them for a half hour before cutting up the meat. I added 2 more tablespoons of brown sugar ot stir fry oil, and some red pepper flakes. It was great! Meat was tender and my 16 and 18 year old sons loved it! I pre-steamed the broccoli in the pot first and then tossed it in at the end, but if you do that ,just do it for one minute or it’ll be overdone.
First meal with the new instant pot. Family loved it and that includes a 10 year old.
Good but could have gone without the vinegar oil in my opinion.
Made this and everyone loved it! Inthinkni put in extra ginger, but the result turned out awesome. Careful with corn starch or it will get too thick.
Meat was better than take out! Very soft and not chewy! Fantastic
Easy AND tasty!
