We loved this stew. I modified it a little to add dumplings. Will make this again
I wanted a fast stew. This was perfect!! My picky picky husband even liked it. I didn’t have a can of tomato sauce so I threw a can of tomato soup in. Worked just fine. But I like a really thick gravy so I trippled the thickner recipe. I’d definitely make this again!!
Easy and turned out delicious!
Super easy and turned out great
This was my first Instant Pot attempt and my whole family loved this recipe. It was really flavorful…and I loved that it was fast and simple.
Family loved it !
Delicious and easy to make. Am making again tonight! A+++
This was simpke and easybto make. The beef was tender and the stew delicious. We added sliced mushrooms into it. Will likely use thus again and experiment other small changes/additions.
First IP meal made! Super Simple, Super Yummy. Gluten Free. I omitted the 2T of Cornstach and 2T of water at the end, to thicken it up. It was already thick enough. Will definately make again.
My first instant pot recipe. It was easy to make and tasted delicious. Next time, though, I’ll try swapping out a cup of the broth with a cup of red wine to make it a little more robust.
My first true cook w instapot after the get started run. This recipe was easy and gives me confidemce. My hubby loved the stew& I did too.
It was 50 minutes plus 15 min. to bring pressure down! Served with a chopped power salad and a roll. Great hearty taste with a Cabernet even better
Great flavor and perfect for lunch the next day! Winner in our family!
Very good. I added green peas at very end. Gave it great color.
My family loved it! I used tomato paste instead of tomato sauce, 1/4 cup of red wine, & 3 Tbs vs 2Tbs of Worcestershire sauce. I also added peas to the sauce at the end when I was thickening my sauce. I definitely will make it again!
This is the first recipe that I used my Instant Pot for and it came out great!!! My husband loved it and my 2 year old liked it. Thanks for the recipe. I followed it as closely as I could with what I had on hand thinking that I could alter it next time but I will keep it just the way it is!!
It’s a great stew recipe very tasty im a single person so i have enough left over for 3 or 4 meals i frzzed in Ziploc bags right portions .money saver.
Prep is actually around 1-2 hours to cut and prepare vegetables/meat. Otherwise it comes out great! I opted to add extra potatoes, carrots, and celery to make it stretch further.
