We barbecued round steak, bad idea. So I cut it up and made this stew , excellent tasting. Easy, good, hearty.
I had a craving for beef stew and this recipe really hit the spot. Added 1.5 lbs small potatoes. Delicious!! Will make again soon.
Loved it! Very tasty, and the best was very tender.
Really yummy. Added potatoes and will double the recipe next time!
Great 1st run! This was my 1st time using my duo 8qt . I felt the recipe was a little under seasoned so I added some salt and pepper. I also left out the peas but added celery. I would add some potato next time. I will definitely make this again. Thank you!
Love this recipe! Have made it quite a few times now as it’s a family favorite!
1st attempt to cook a meal in my brand new IP. Hubby wanted something plain. I added red wine and frizen mushrooms. Was very tasty
This is the first stew i made with MIP that turned out amazing! I will certainly make it again.
Very good tasty and tender.
I modified and added more large pieces of vegetables; Like carrots, potatoes, turnip, parsnip, celery, onion. Plus added peas at the end.
I coated meat with spices and flour and saute’d the meat to start.
