Great recipe. Might find you want an additional tablespoon of fishsauce. Take the time to saute the spices and char them as stated in recipe. I found a better tasting broth by adding additional anise star and a peeled and quartered apple
It needed more flavor.
Tasty. Needs more fish sauce. Also very tasty with a lemongrass stalk.
