Easy abd yummy. I put spice on the and seared it then cooked per the recipe.
Outstanding!
I also added 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese at the end.
Simple, yet deliciious! Will be a Winter staple.
This is a wonderful, easy soup. As written it is very, very tasty, with just the right amount of spices. In fact, it is even better without the condiments. Will definitely add it to the list of my Instant Pot favorites.
This is a very good soup. Not really thick enough in my book to call stew. I just wish there was some nutrition information included like calories per serving and servingvsize. I can sort of guess but if it were made available that would be top notch.
Finnaly good mexican food
This needs to cook for a little less time. Too mushy.
This is a good soup but it really needs more seasoning. Easily 2 or 3 times as much.
Excellent. I said i was going to try it as is and then see if i wanted to modify any. Nope was damn good the way it was.
(Ok so i might have mad my cumin spoons heaping and used tonies as season salt heaping and went with 1.5lbs beef)
Oh and some fritos and cheese as for people to top it as they wish.
Absolutely amazing and easy
It was very good and the meat was tender. Make sure you deain and rinse the beans and add a little more seasoned salt.
Loved it. Really quick. Made these additions:
Added chili powder 1-2 Tbs
Browned the meat first, than onions
Hot Rotell Tomatoes used
Added 1 tsp kosher salt to onion
1/2 tsp cayanne pepper
The soup is really good. I have never made soup before. This recipe was simple any really good.
Excellent dish. Big hit. Only chnages I made were to add some chopped celery (only because I love celery) and way more spices (ghost peper, sriracha, etc) just to kick it up a bit.
Everyone in my family devoured it.
Easy to make, which totally fits my lifestyle. I added two jalpenos and that made it spicy hot! The sour cream cooled it down a bit. We will make this again but not for a while. I dont want to get burned out on it and I feel that could happen with this dish.
Tasty, very easy to make, a favorite!
Great recipe! We like spicy so I added chili powder, crushed red pepper, and sriracha. The meat was melt-in-your-mouth yummy.
Great soup! Its easy to make and i’m sure you will enjoy it!
So good so easy. I usually make a tortilla soup this was even better with the stew meat. I cooked it for 30 minutes made a day ahead as it always tastes better next day. Added grated cheese and fried taco shell pieces. It makes a lot for just us two but im freezing half of it. I might add so e cream next time.
Delicious soup..full of flavor
I made this tonight and it was really good. I used fajita seasoning instead of cumin, added more broth than the the recipe and used frozen fajita vetables. I will definitely make this again.
Absolutely delicious soup. Easy to make and very filling.
I accidently doubled the broth but it was delicious. Even my kids loved it.
Made this for my ladies group for an instant pot demonstration. The ladies loved it so much that a handful of them said they were going to go purchase and instant pot on their way home! They couldn’t get over how flavorful and tender the meat was. I made a pot of beans from dried a few hours before hand and Swapped those out for the black and pinto canned beans. What a hit! I can’t wait to make it again.
I added the juice of one lime and a hint of paprika and it was exceptional. Served ot with diced avocado on top. Huge win.
I hacked it a little. Round steak instead of stew beef, add a lime, and one teaspoon of paprika. Game changer.
Excellant flavor and super easy to make.
I’ll definitely be making this again! We all loved it!
My first recipe I tried and it was very tasty. Meat was tender and combination of spices and veggies tasted like fajitas!
Omg this soup is to die for! I ended up not using stew meat but instead using fajita seasoned flank steak strips and also added lime juice, paprika and Cayenne pepper. I left the flank steak in strips and while they were cooking they fell apart to the perfect size for the perfect bite. I cannot wait to make the soup again!
An excelent tasty easy to make soup. Serve with sour cream and cant go wrong.
Easy, excellent, used ‘hotshot’ (McCormick black & red pepper blend )instead of pepper, was great
