This was my 1st recipe I tried with my 6qrt 7in 1 pot. The tenderness of the steak was good. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel the taste of the spices were on the bland side. I will definitely make this again but will use different spices to crank up the flavor!

This was the 2nd recipe that I tried. Besides the ingredients listed, I also added beef broth, onion, garlic, and fresh mushrooms. Very tasty. Making the gravy was no more than a 30 second process. It was the best tasting gravy ever!! I will make this a lot!!! I intend to make all of my gravies in the Instant Pot.
