Rice noodles are not keto at all.
We loved the pork. My husband wishes i would have made more pork and sauce. I will totally be making this one again.
Very good. Only thing I would do differently is make note of taking most of sauce out of pot before adding water anf cooking broccoli.
Great flavor and easy to make.
Delicious! Just wanted to leave a note that my pork was not tender enough for shredding after just 65 minutes. I recommend cutting the pork in 2inch chunks before cooking. On increasing the cook time.
Loved it pork was very tender! Left out the chilis though. I didnt want it spicy.
Absolutely delicious! Left out the Chilis so kids would eat it. The pork didnt even need to be shredded it just fell apart on its own!
The broccoli took longer than was explained. This turned the pork a little mushy.
I think instant pot needs to have someone else try these recipes out before posting them. Had to add 1/2 cup of water to pressure cook the pork. Display showed burn before I did. Your own manual says 2 cups minimum to pressure cook. I have to rely on peoples reviews to get it right before I start. Should have used half the noodles. The only thing I can say is it had good flavor. Major changes before I make this again.
