I added 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 2 cinammon sticks, and 1/4 teaspoon cinammon: I also used almond milk because I’m lactose intolerant. Came out delicious.

I added a cinnamon stick to the rice when it was cooking. Also, i only used about 8oz of condensed milk & it was plenty.

This was delicious. The longer you let it cool of, the thicker it gets, the more condensed milk you need. The old fashioned way of making rice pudding on the stove takes you 5 times longer. Instantpot is great for this.

First time trying this recipe. It was delish. I didn’t add the condensed milk at the end. Instead I added more milk to the get the consistency I wanted. Also added three tbsp if sugar.

Im an instant pot newbie and decided to try this as a dessert for my new Mexican au pair. I used the entire 14oz can of condensed milk and it was PERFECT. She said it tasted just like home. We’ll be making this again.

Not as good as my mom use to make but tasty and so easy.
Im now trying to make a healthier version. Working with gaba brown rice and natural low cal sweeteners. Any advise?

We tried this recipe today and it was a hit for my wife and two teenage kids. I made it with 3/4 condensed milk and it was perfect! New desert favorite.
