La pasta debe estar ya cocida o cruda?
Pasta most be already cook for the preparation or get cooked with the tomato sauce?

The dry pasta gets cooked with the tomato sauce and water.
No flavor. Too much liquid, i even used less diced tomatoes than called for.
Had to put the pressure cooker to Low and cooked it to 6 min but also doubled the pasta, tomatoes and water. Worked well. With some adjustments and practice it comes easier. Very good taste
