Ace Plus Blender – Homemade Healthy Hazelnut Spread

Ingredients
  • 1/2lb raw hazelnutsabout 2 cups
  • 1/2cup almond milk
  • 1 1/2tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/3cup turbinado sugaror maple syrup
  • 1/4cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread hazelnuts in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast for 6-8 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until lightly golden.
  2. Rub slightly cooled nuts in a towel to remove the skins. Discard skins.
  3. Add hazelnuts to the blender pitcher and secure the lid.
  4. Touch NUT BUTTER, then touch START.
  5. After one minute touch PAUSE and scrape down the sides and bottom of the pitcher. Resume by touching START. Repeat once each minute until Nut Butter program is complete.
  6. Add the remaining ingredients–in the order listed–then secure the lid
  7. Touch NUT BUTTER, then touch START.
  8. After one minute touch PAUSE and scrape down the sides and bottom of the pitcher. Resume by touching START. Repeat once each minute until Nut Butter program is complete.
  9. Adjust sweetness and serve.
