- 1/2 lb raw hazelnuts about
2 cups - 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup turbinado sugar or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread hazelnuts in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast for 6-8 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until lightly golden.
- Rub slightly cooled nuts in a towel to remove the skins. Discard skins.
- Add hazelnuts to the blender pitcher and secure the lid.
- Touch NUT BUTTER, then touch START.
- After one minute touch PAUSE and scrape down the sides and bottom of the pitcher. Resume by touching START. Repeat once each minute until Nut Butter program is complete.
- Add the remaining ingredients--in the order listed--then secure the lid
- Touch NUT BUTTER, then touch START.
- After one minute touch PAUSE and scrape down the sides and bottom of the pitcher. Resume by touching START. Repeat once each minute until Nut Butter program is complete.
- Adjust sweetness and serve.
