- 1 lb strawberries trimmed and halved
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 1 1/2 tsp unflavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Additional berries for garnish

Instructions
- Add strawberries and sugar to the blender pitcher and secure the lid.
- Touch PULSE, then touch START.
- Touch SOUP two times (creamy soup) and use +/- to set the time to 12:21 minutes , then touch START.
- Meanwhile, when Soup program reaches the 8:00 minute mark, fill a small bowl with
2 tbsp cold water and sprinkle gelatin over the top. Let stand for 5 minutes. - When Soup program reaches the 2:30 minute mark, touch PAUSE, remove the lid cap and pour dissolved gelatin and water mixture into blender pitcher. Replace the lid cap and touch START to resume.
- When Soup program is complete, remove the lid and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cream and lemon juice, scrape down the sides of the pitcher, then secure the lid.
- Touch PULSE, then START. After 3 pulses, touch CANCEL.
- Divide mixture evenly among
six 4 oz ramekins and cover with plastic wrap. Chill until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight. - Top with fresh berries and serve.
