Homemade Almond or Cashew Milk: Soak 1 cup of almonds or cashews in 2 cups of warm water for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours. Drain and transfer to the pitcher of the Instant Pot® Ace. Fill pitcher with water to the Soup fill line (the 48 ounce / 1400ml line). Lock lid and choose the Nut/Oat Milk program. Once program has completed, strain the milk through the mesh strainer bag included with the Ace. Store milk refrigerated for up to 4 days.
