This was so simple, and tastes great. I used a mixture of peas, corn, and edemame. I used raisins instead of cranberries, as I didnt have cranberries. Also did not have kale, so I omitted it.
I used Sodium free vegetable broth instead of water. Veggies: carrots, broccoli, red sweet pepper anf purple onion. I added a solash of olive oil and once pressure released added cherry tonatoes and mozzeral cheese… delish!
Aurait besoin d’une plus grande quantité d’assaisonnements, il me semble que je doublerais toutes les quantirés.
Thank you so much for posting this. So good! I added vegies tray leftover and some frozen corn and sweet potatoes and topped with some butter
I did have to cook it a little longer with more liquid. Had my first “burn” notice so didnt get enough liquid. Next time ill add more to start.
Pan cleaned up easily with my crocheted dish scrubby
So happy I found this recioe
Mine: chopped broccoli, thin slices of leeks, green onions, chopped spinach, chopped red peppers, Shreded small sweet potato plus 1/2 a teaspoon Tumeric a 1/4 teaspoon salt plus your spices (no lemon) vegetable broth. Served w black beans, tomatoes and avocado. Wow!
Thank you so much for sharing! 🙂
Not sure why mine didnt turn out…manual high for 1 minute, let sit 5 minutes…not done. Did it again for 1 minute let natural release for 8…still not done. I’m giving this to my chickens.
Easy to make and tasty
delicious
Delicious!!
Good directions, easy, fast, and everyone loved it. Used frozen mixed vegatables that were ok.
Love it
I made this today. It turned out wirh lots of flavor. Though a portion of tne quinoa was glued to tne bottom of my pot. Maybe I should use the rice setting amd not high pressure.
Thank you!
Doing it for the second time tonight! Turned out awesome last time!! Easy, quick and healthy!
I used tge juices from cooking the Chicken Caprese recipe. Was awesome.
This recipe was delicious. I substituted 1/2 cup of lentils for some of the quinoa. Cooked at high pressure 2 min. Will make this again.
Perfect and quick weeknight dinner. Made it various time with different kinds of vegetables.
Very good!
